Our beef cattle are highly adapted to the ancient hills of the Ozarks. The Grassfed/finished beef has been tested for Nutrient Density and the flavor is out of this world! Our heritage breed hogs are roaming the forests and are finished on what they forage in the woods along with some non-GMO feeds. Our lamb is also Grassfed/Finished. We move our stock daily across our diverse native pastures that are teeming with soil life, insects and birds.
