95th Street Farmers Market

Operating rain or shine, the market takes place each Sunday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. The season runs May through October in the city owned commuter lot at 95th and Longwood Drive, 1835 W. 95th Street. We are a member of theChicago City Markets Program. The Farmers Market is home to a variety of farmers, bakers, and artisans. They include Coco’s Tamales, Noffke Family Farms, Stamper Cheese Company,  Beeline Microgreens and more. Beverly Bank & Trustremains the premier sponsor for the market. Their generosity allows us to fund entertainment at the market each week from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. including local favorites like The Beverly All Stars, Joel Barr, Dave Waterman, Mark Taylor, Bridget Cavanaugh, and more! Southtown Health Foodssponsors our children’s activities for the 2020 season. Their generous donation will allow us to bring back some of our favorites from last year for the kids including Erin’s Farm, an appearance from Southpaw, craft activities and much more! The 19th Ward Youth Foundation,Illinois State Senator Bill Cunningham,andState Representative Mary Gillgraciously fund our face painter for the season. We plan to offer face painting in the children’s tent every other week from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. We are also indebted to our market sponsors including the 95th Street Business Association, the Chicago Public Library Beverly branch,Marvelous Facesface painting, theBeverly Area Planning Association,Mary Gill, Bill Cunningham, Kelly Burke,andAlderman Matt O’Shea.We are especially grateful to BAPA for their assistance in spreading the word about the market and to Alderman O’Shea for helping us keep the market lot in the best shape possible.
